Centra Summer Camps Design A Mascot Competition

James Heyburn and Cameron McClean from Whitehead Primary School and Jennifer Shaw of Centra linked up with Ulster Rugby’s Stephen Ferris and Robbie Diack to launch the Centra Summer Camps “Design A Mascot” competition.

The summer camps are for boys and girls aged 6-12 years and will run between July 4 and August 26. Each camp is five days long and registration for the week costs just £50 to include a t-shirt, a boot bag, a rugby ball and a voucher to claim a free ticket to an Ulster game at Ravenhill. Camp application forms are being distributed to schools and rugby clubs across Ulster and are also available from local Centra stores. Details of this year’s Summer Camps, including venues and online booking are available at www.ulsterrugby.com

The “Design a Mascot” competition is open to school children across the Province and the lucky winner will receive a free place at the Summer Camp of their choice. Entry forms will be delivered to primary schools over the coming weeks but are also available to download from www.ulsterrugby.com. The competition closes on Friday 24th June and the winner will be announced by 30th June.
