Castlereagh man puts his energy into powerful campaign
Local man and Power NI employee, Alan Egner, is set to star in Northern Ireland’s leading energy supplier’s new marketing campaign.
Alan features in Power NI’s ‘People Behind the Power’ campaign alongside his Grosvenor Rugby Club team mates. He joins three other Power NI colleagues in acting out their stories of life inside and outside the Power NI working environment.
Power NI’s multi-level campaign combines TV, outdoor, digital, PR and traditional marketing methods highlighting how Power NI’s team of local experts are on hand to help domestic and business customers make savings on their energy bills throughout the year.
Speaking about his new role, Power NI Commercial Sales and Marketing Expert Alan Egner said: “I think it’s great that Power NI asked their staff to star in the new marketing campaign because it gives people a chance to see how rewarding and enjoyable it can be working for one of Northern Ireland’s longest established companies. The advertisements take viewers into the daily lives of real Power NI employees and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience of my typical day being filmed. I can’t wait to see the advertisements on TV and on billboards!”
Power NI’s Head of Home Marketing and Communications Kerstie Forsyth said: “The ‘People Behind the Power’ campaign is all about the interesting, enthusiastic, friendly and approachable people at Power NI like Alan who reward the loyalty of our customers with great discounts, offers and savings. Power NI is a great place to work and Alan has such a natural on screen presence we knew immediately that he would be perfect for this role.
“The campaign demonstrates that Power NI is the natural choice for local consumers as people like Alan not only live and work here but they are experts in their field and are best placed to understand consumers’ needs and help meet them through the provision of great products and services.”
