British & Irish Lions Name Team to Play the Brumbies in Canberra
The British & Irish Lions have named the team to play the Brumbies at Canberra Stadium on Tuesday, the last tour game before the 1st Test in Brisbane on Saturday.
Ireland’s Rory Best will captain the team, while England centre Billy Twelvetrees, who arrived in Sydney on Friday, will make his Lions debut alongside Brad Barritt, who joins the tour from America where he was on vacation.
Former Wales and Lions wing Shane Williams, currently playing in Japan, will start on the left wing while young England wing Christian Wade, who made his Test debut last weekend against Argentina, will play on the right.
