Five Banbridge players featured for Ulster Youth against an Exiles U18 side.
Ulster, captained by Bann’s Adam Doherty (pictured), lost 7-45 in the fixture played at Campbell College. Bann’s Peter Cromie scored the province’s only try, with Doherty adding the conversion. Johnny McCreery, Matthew McDonald and Kasper Kruzycki were also in the squad.
Meanwhile Andy Morrison has been involved with the Ulster U20 squad who began their interpro series last Friday evening at Ravenhill. Ulster U20s have been involved in a series of warm up matches against Ballymena, Banbridge and Ballynahinch ahead of their match against Connacht.
Jonny Murphy, whose involvement with Ulster U20s has been curtailed due to a slight injury, has been awarded an Ulster Academy contract.
