Hinch recovered from their recent All Ireland league defeats to run in eight unanswered tries against Ards in the Ulster senior League at Ballymacarn Park.
Neil Faloon opened the scoring for the home side in the 4th after he picked up a loose ball on half way to race clear and set down under the posts. Ritchie Lobb added the extras to take the home side 7 points clear.
Ards battled back into the contest during the next ten minutes and Cox had a shot at goal in the 19th minute but his effort drifted wide.
The second Hinch try came in the 22nd minute and it started with the impressive young loose head Kelvin Hamilton on the charge and he made good ground into the Ards half then fed to Andrew Harper in support. The Hinch hooker took play forward before passing outside to flanker Jordan McMullan who turn found Neil Faloon on his outside shoulder and he ran in to claim his second try of the afternoon. Lobb added the extras form the halfway to make it 14-0.
Hinch raced in their third try five minutes later, again it was young Hamilton that started the attack setting u good second phase possession. The quick ball was flashed wide where Aaron Ferris made good ground down the left wing then put fullback David Nicholson clear to score. Lobb added the conversion to make it 21-0.
The bonus point came in the 32nd minute when centre William Richards finished of a sweeping backline move to cross for the 4th Hinch try. Lobb was on target with the conversion to complete the first half scoring, the Hinch turning round 28 points in front.
Ross Adair opened the scoring for the Hinch in the second half when he battled hard to race clear to dive in at the right hand corner for a well worked try. Lobb hit the upright with his conversion attempt form the touchline leaving the Hinch 33-0 clear.
