Ballyclare Rugby Club are currently seeking applications for the position of Head Coach for the 2014-15 Season.
Ballyclare 1st XV won promotion to Qualifying League One at the end of last season, the 2nd XV play in Junior League One, the 3rd XV play in Junior League 4 and the 4th XV play in Junior League 5. Next season they will field underage teams at Under 18, Under 16 and Under 14. They have a women’s section, special needs section and a large mini rugby section.
The successful applicant will be responsible for helping to organise and manage the development of players within the senior squad and the competitive performance of that squad. As such applicants must possess excellent leadership, organisational and communication skills; have a sound knowledge and understanding of rugby union in the modern era and possess IRFU accredited coaching qualification(s).
This is a part-time post with terms and conditions negotiable.
