Art and Framing is Bangor’s largest framing shop. It has been situated at Balloo Industrial Estate for thrity years and is run by husband and wife, Alan and Christine Rainey. We offer professional framing at very competitive rates. When you visit our spacious showroom on the first floor you will find over 400 mouldings to choose from and over forty different shades of mountboard.
At Art and Framing we offer the personal touch with every customer, by listening to their needs, offering advice when needed and helping them choose moulding and mountboard colours. It is very important to us that every customer leaves satisfied that they have been served to the best of our ability and are happy with their choice. We have found over the years that we have grown a very loyal customer base, most new customers will return to us again and again.
All our work is carried out on the premises to the highest of standards.

If you have a favourite frame and are just tired of the print we are happy to help you choose a new picture and re-assemble it in your exisiting frame. Likewise a favourite old picture can get a new lease of life with simply a new mount. We are happy to oblige.
As well as our custom-made service we offer a large range of ready-made frames from 4” x 5” to 20 ” x 16” in a choice of over thirty different mouldings including swept frames and pre-cut mounts, single and double in a large choice of colours.
New for 2012 – our fantastic ‘Hall of Mirrors’ , beautifully bevelled mirrors in a range of different frames. We can also take orders for bespoke mirrors in a moulding and in a size of your choice.
You may even choose to freshen up an existing favourite painting or mirror with a new frame or mount.

We stock a wide variety of prints framed and unframed to suit all tastes.

If you are looking for a small inexpensive gift we have Christening, Birth and Special Occasion Gifts.
We also stock unusual bookmarks, pen sets, cross stitch sets, silver and pewter jewellery, scarves and a good range of cards.
