Donaghadee RFC is currently recruiting for the position of Head Coach of the Club for the 2015-16 season. Applications from a Player Coach wishing to fulfil the role would also be welcome.
The Club will be fielding three senior teams in the 2015/16 season, with the 1st XV competing in Kukri Qualifying League 2, the 2nd XV in Junior League 3 and the 3rd XV in the Minor League.
Candidates should, as a minimum, have completed their IRFU Stage 3 (Level 1) coaching accreditation (or equivalent) and will report to the Club Director of Rugby. The ideal candidate will not only have a robust curriculum vitae but should be able to demonstrate an aspiration to assist the Club to grow through the progression of our Mini & fledgling Youth systems and continuing development of our current senior players in addition to assisting and directing in the recruitment of new players.
