Following recent contact and coverage of Ulster Youth Summer Programmes moving towards the Interpros it has been our pleasure to see the strategy for growth and development of our province.
Rugby is growing in Ulster and in the past few season we have all witnessed the unprecedented successes of our schools and clubs on the international and local scene. All the time and amidst the bad days we are growing in confidence in our ability and love of the game of rugby.
Getting behind the scenes with the Ulster Youth programme has allowed us to see that all effort is focused on the organic and holistic development of every individual and thereby the sport. Again and again the message is that this is not about winning, thats a bi-product of the personal development of everyone, physically and mentally.
Darryl Callaghan recently held a parent information evening @ Ravenhill and kindly sent us the powerpoint presentation used on that evening. Below are just a few of the slides and we look forward to covering more of this moving forward and of course the games!
