The Cup Competition was won by Carndonagh CS with only 1 try separating them from rivals St Columbas College. The Plate Competition was won by Colaiste Colmcille Ballyshannon and the Bowl competition was won by Pobailscoil Gweedore. This is the second year in a row Carndonagh have won the cup and the first, but not the last rugby silver wear for Colmcille and Gweedore.

Thanks to the schools and teachers that have taken part in the competition, YDO’s Adam Keys, Philip Brady and Johnny Quigley, Referees Jarryd Bennett and Jamie Boyle, Donegal Town RFC for the use of the 3 pitches and club facilities and the Donegal School Committee for the organisation of all the competitions this year.

The schools are already looking forward to next year when it is expected that 4 more schools will be competing for the silverware in Donegal
