The IRFU has announced that the Ireland team will hold an open training session at Kingspan Stadium on Thursday 5th March at 10.30am.
It is the first time that the Ireland team has trained at the stadium since the redevelopment of the ground and the session will provide Ulster fans with a great opportunity to see the best players from all four provinces put through their paces by Head Coach Joe Schmidt.
