In Touch Rugby made the short journey down the motorway to Lisburn Rugby club as the guests of Wallace Old Boys and Friends School Former Scholars, and we are delighted to bring you highlights of the match.
While for some the 2.30pm kick off had come too soon to recover from their New Years Eve celebrations those that took to the pitch enjoyed a great game of rugby played in the best of spirits between two teams that know each other well.
Despite early pressure from the Friends side their Wallace schooled opponents ran out winners on the day scoring 3 tries to Friends 1.
When In Touch left the rugby had finished but the beer (and for the Wallace players the celebratory port) was still free flowing, all well deserved after a great afternoon of rugby.
