Family values, through it all and good business sense unity & togetherness has driven the powerful and exciting growth of the standard of rugby being played at grassroots rugby clubs and schools across Ulster. An incredible amount of knowledge about the game. They are not finished there, the knowledge is continuing to be amassed because in Ulster Grassroots its not about just being good at the game, we want to continuously absorb the information and develop and grow and move everyone and each other forward in our understanding of one simple thing above all else and thats the GAME the playing hard focused intelligent rugby. There are no false sentimental crap comments in Ulster, its clear its honest good advice and its the ability to work together for common goals which everyone benefits from that drives this phenomenon.
We get switched on. What gets us all through no matter what is going on, is family values. What is good business sense, its thrifty and its hard work for little gains here and there that add up to survive through thick and thin, to survive and first and first and foremost keep up with those around us, and here and there when we have the edge, we;ll move forward and take it in a sensible sustainable way. A lot of people can win a game here and there. Its doing it consistently and sustainable and winning with a strength of purpose that runs through the club to ACTUALLY BE IN THE GAME admidst the finest of margins thats when our edges can come through, being in the game and then our edges shine through. Our edges will shine through and we are in the game.
