Bhsfp made the 2 hour bus journey to Letterkenny’s home ground “Dave Gallaher Park” yesterday. The away side started strong with a try from Matt. Connolly in the corner five minutes in. Discipline issues crept into the game and Letterkenny were starting to run away with the match being spurred on by a big home crowd. Ian Scott scored for Bhsfp to go into the second half 7 points down. In the second half the high school came out strongly with tries from Kris Porter and Jonathan Price. The match was well contested by both sides and made for an entertaining game of rugby which ended 22-28. Letterkenny’s hospitality and food was appreciated by all players and a few bevs were enjoyed on the bus home! High school still march on undefeated in the league, seven from seven!
