ABOUT PROJECT 173 CHOCOLATE RUM

(£19.95 50cl – Available from Master of Malt)

If you fancy introducing the deliciousness of chocolate to your cocktails and mixed drinks, but don’t quite fancy sticking a chocolate bar in your glass (or something like that), the Project #173 range has you covered with its Chocolate Rum!

It features a base of good quality rum, and it’s naturally flavoured with tasty chocolate, resulting in a rich, subtly sweet flavour profile. We reckon this should be great for putting a tasty twist on some classic rum cocktails. The bottle itself is also very zazzy, even featuring a piece of 23 karat gold leaf!
