Every bar of our luxury dark Belgian chocolate includes over a billion live cultures and is gluten free. Our 70% cocoa flavours have no added sugar as we use stevia (a natural sweetener) instead of sugar, helping to keep calories low.
We use a unique process to micro-encapsulate our live cultures so more of them get to your gut where they do their good work. In fact, an independent scientific study shows that live cultures in Ohso chocolate are 3 times more effective than those ingested via milk or dairy products!
