Bank of Ireland UK has today (Thursday 20th March, 2014) launched its Ulster Rugby School Bank Scheme designed to help schools provide financial education to students. Students in participating schools have the opportunity to work in a school “bank branch” across a variety of roles from Bank Manager to Customer Services to learn about banking, marketing, money management, savings, team work and customer service. The Student School Bank Team will be supported by experienced Bank of Ireland UK staff from local branches to ensure the school banks run smoothly.
When a school signs up for the scheme and opens a number of accounts they can enjoy great opportunities with Ulster Rugby including a co-branded kit for school’s players and coaches, an Ulster Rugby Masterclass from three Ulster Rugby players and a match day at Ravenhill for 150 students and their teachers.
