UPCOMING PLAYER WELFARE SEMINARS
Concussion Recognition & Management
Ulster Rugby staff have organised five Player Welfare Seminars to be held at three different venues in January and February. The focus of these seminars will be on ‘Concussion Recognition and Management’.
Two events will be hosted at Coleraine Academical Instituation on 27th January (4.30pm and 7pm), two are at Ravenhill on 5th February (4.30pm and 7pm) and one will be held at Dungannon RFC on 24th February (7pm). This follows on from three previous seminars that were held in 2013 and had 175+ attendees.
These additional presentations have been arranged for players, parents, coaches and officials associated with the game. The aim is to create awareness and deliver information to everyone playing, coaching, officiating or volunteering at clubs and schools.
