ShadowBall is a South African designed and patented half a rugby ball that rebounds off any wall and comes spiraling back to the passer.
The ball enables players to train solo and has been upskilling schoolchildren around the country. You can read a previous article we wrote about the ShadowBall Academy attached plus a photo.
