A new coaching team of Stewart PORTER, Gerry FLYNN and Scott YOUNG have taken over at Ards RFC and this means opportunities for everyone to stake a claim for a 1st XV spot.
Whether you are a current Ards player, a school leaver or from another club come along, get involved, get recognised and get the opportunity to play Senior rugby in the Ulster and All Ireland League…no other rugby team in Ards or North Down can offer you that opportunity!!!
Training nights for the 2013-14 season will be Tuesday and Thursday on the pitch for 7pm.
Pre-season commenced Tues 18th June at 7pm and continues every Tuesday +Thursday at 7pm and Saturday mornings at 930am.
