Ballyshannon senior men had the weekend of when Armagh cried off from their scheduled league match at the Lakeside Centre. This Saturday we hopefully return to league action against Virginia again away in the league.
Our mini section return to competitive action this Saturday when they travel to a blitz at Finn Valley Rugby Club (Stranorlar). We will meet at 9am at the Lakeside centre and be on the road at 9.15am. any problems please contact Cookie on 086 8035335.

The Ladies had an excellent opening to their league campaign when they had a 22-5 win away to Ballymoney R.F.C. , the scores came from from Siobhan Coughlin, Anna Rafferty, Michelle Bowring and Mairead Carty, one conversion from Siobhan Coughlin
Player of the game was Dearbhla Fox for her immense scrummaging and work rate at the breakdown, special mention must go to league debutants Corin Cahill and Carmel Simms-Gallagher, excellent team performance and some great rugby played. WELL DONE GIRLS!!

This week the Ladies are at home to Malone R.F.C. from Belfast and will look to continue their winning ways. Kick off at the Lakeside is to be confirmed so keep a watch on the club Facebook page during the week. Local support would be greatly appreciated co come along and cheer on the girls! As always the girls would welcome any new members to their training so if you are interested in training/playing please get in touch.

Ballyshannon Under 15s 41 Tir Conaill Under 15s 15
A good win by the under 15s today when they defeated Tir Conaill Rfc 41-15 in heavy conditions on the grass pitch at the lake side centre. Great rugby played by both sides. Tries from Com Doyle (2), Ronan Storey (3) plus three conversions, Ronan Mc Mullin and Oisin Rooney. Training again next Thursday at 7 pm at the lakeside, keep up the good work lads! This weeks game is away to Limavady please see Shane at training for more details. Any player who has not completed their registration must do so as soon as possible!
