Ladies Rugby Pre Season
Ballymoney RFC will enter into its 4th Year of Ladies Rugby this year. The Ladies 1st XV enter the new Ulster Ladies Qualifying League this season in a move away from the development league.
Although fixtures have not yet been confirmed the first league matches will take place at the end of September.
Pre season will start on Tuesday 14th August at 7pm sharp. Training this year will be every Tuesday and Thursday night at 7pm.
Gill Powell will Captain the team again this year and along with the Ladies Rugby committee put down a strong recruitment target. Due to requests the plan is to start a youth section and field at least one youth team in September also. Youth trianing will take place on the same nights at 7pm and is for all girls aged between 13 and 18 years old.
