10 Barrel Brewing was founded by three fellas in Bend, Oregon in 2006 who wanted to brew beer, drink beer and have a ton of fun while doing so. 10 years later and we’re still following suit. Whether we’re shredding the mountain, drinking cold ones by the fire after work or floating down the river. We always have fun with a beer in hand.
10 BARREL BREWING “BEERTAILS”
Cucumber or Raspberry Mules:
Muddle:
Pinch of mint
Then Add:
1 oz. lime juice
1 oz. of simple syrup
2 oz. Soju Vodka (20% abv. )
2 oz. of ginger beer
Shake-then strain into a snifter full of ice. Top off with Raspberry OR Cucumber Crush
Garnish with 1 lime wedge and mint (for Cucumber)
Garnish with 1 lime wedge and 2 raspberries and mint (for Raspberry)
Cucumber/Raspberry Crush Margaritas
Muddle:
Pinch of cilantro
3 Cucumber slices (for Cucumber) or 3 Raspberries (for Raspberry)
2 slices of Jalapeno
Then Add:
1 oz. of lime juice
1 oz. of simple syrup
2 oz. of Soju Tequila (20% ABV.)
Tajin Rim on snifter glass
Shake then strain into snifter full of ice
Top off with Raspberry/Cucumber Crush
Garnish with 1 slice of cucumber and 1 lime wedge (cucumber)
Garnish with 2 raspberries and 1 lime wedge (raspberry)
Soft Core White Sangria:
Fill snifter with ice
6 oz. of white wine
6 oz. of Soft Core Cider
2-4 oz. of pineapple juice
2-4 oz. of Sprite
Garnish with a lemon or pineapple
Crush Red Sangria:
Fill snifter with ice
6 oz. of red wine
6 oz. of Raspberry Crush
2-4 oz. of orange juice
2-4 oz. of Sprite
Garnish with an Orange
Berry Beer’Mosa:
4 oz. of (insert flavor) crush
1 champagne split (12 oz. )
1-3 oz. of orange juice
Splash of berry simple syrup
Serve in snifter or wine glass
