TICKETS GO ON SALE FOR WORLD UNIVERSITY RUGBY CUP – OXFORD 2015<\/strong><\/p>\n

The best rugby universities from across the world compete for the inaugural World University Rugby Cup this September in Oxford
\nTickets to go on sale in two locations
\nPrices will range from \u00a32 to \u00a35 for a Tournament Pass
\nTickets for the first ever World University Rugby Cup (WURC) have been released for sale. The tournament offers the chance to see the world\u2019s top rugby universities featuring the next generation\u2019s stars battling it out for the first WURC title. <\/p>\n

Tickets will be sold at two locations in Oxford:<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Iffley Road ground, Oxford University
\n\u00b7 Elmer Cotton Sports, 18-19 Turl Street<\/p>\n

Two options are available; concession (\u00a32 for Students, Under 18s & 60+) and adult (\u00a35). The tournament organisers will also be providing free tickets to schools and clubs in Oxfordshire.<\/p>\n

The tickets include access to all matches taking place on Friday the 18th, Sunday the 20th and Monday 21st of September at Iffley Road rugby ground, the home of Oxford University RFC (OURFC). <\/p>\n

Tim Stevens, the General Manager of OURFC, the tournament organiser, commented, \u201cPreparation is well underway, the team has been training hard and we are looking forward to welcoming the other Universities who will have travelled from around the world. The competition is fierce and we are excited to be hosting the challenge.\u201d<\/p>\n

Stevens continued, \u2018It should be a great tournament and will hopefully become an event that will continue to run alongside the Rugby World Cup well into the future.\u201d <\/p>\n

The tournament will come to a close on Monday 21st September and will be marked by a closing ceremony where Waseda University of Japan will take up the mantle as the next hosts of the tournament, to run parallel with the 2019 Rugby World Cup held in Japan.<\/p>\n
