Sevens competitions are traditionally held at the end of the season, but BUCCANEERS believe that there is interest and indeed demand for such an event in the build up to a new season. Tournaments<br \/>\nsuch as the AR7\u2019s gives players, coaches and mentors alike a competitive chance to check on player fitness and skills levels as<br \/>\nwell as providing an ideal opportunity for team bonding and spirit <\/p>\n<p>Three competitions are planned for the day, MENS OPEN, MENS JUNIOR and WOMENS OPEN, with COLM QUINN MINI coming<br \/>\non board as sponsor for the ladies event. Very attractive prizes are on offer with \u20ac3,000 up for grabs for the MENS OPEN event while the<br \/>\nMENS JUNIOR and WOMENS squads can win \u20ac1,000. Entry Fee per squad of 12 players is \u20ac300 for OPEN MENS with \u20ac200 applying<br \/>\nto the MENS JUNIOR and WOMENS competitions.<\/p>\n<p>All squads of 12 players will be fed on the day at \u2018The Bounty\u2019and this extra is covered by the entry fee.  <\/p>\n<p>A TAG RUGBY tournament is planned for Sunday, August 4 Entry Fee for this event is \u20ac120 per mixed team of 12 players.<br \/>\nIRFU mixed tag rules will apply.
