COACH EDUCATION SESSION A CHARITY HIGHLIGHT IN RURAL LILONGWE, MALAWI
With an increasing need to add greater robustness to the coaching clinics we run in-country, this year the charity has made every effort do more with the local teaching staff with whom the team coaches. In a unique afternoon session, the Pride was joined by a host of Mzumanzi District teachers and sports masters, as well as keen staff from G4S Malawi.
In addition, Bishop Mackenzie International School – set to initiate future schools fixtures in the area – joined us to grow their relationship with the partner schools. Read more
G4S ZAMBIA INSPIRED TO OPEN COMPUTER ROOM AT NAHUMBA BASIC SCHOOL
After a hugely successful first year partnership in 2013, G4S Zambia was so inspired by its relationship with Bhubesi Pride and Nahumba Basic School in the Southern Province town of Choma, that the business has invested further CSR funds to install a computer room; with the official opening this Friday!
With plans to ensure teachers are provided the necessary skills to educate Nahumba’s pupils, the facility is hoped to add huge educational value within the school’s learning environment.

The Foundation is currently in the process of planning a range of activities and operations for later this year and for 2015, from selecting its next expedition coaching team and exploring legacy-driven spin-off projects, to developing leadership offerings for varied audiences and building on partnerships with existing organisations that support us and benefit from what we do as a charity.
