Carrick RFC Minis v Longford RFC Minis – Blitz Report
Last Saturday, 6th of December, Longford RFC Minis travelled to Carrick’s new home ground at Keenaghan, Carrick on Shannon to play in a Blitz against Carrick Minis. The morning started early with pitch preparation, however Longford landed early and had Carrick Minis on the back foot, as they were out of their cars quickly and ready to play. With Carrick Blitz Coordinator; Gary Molloy prepared and on hand, the various teams were dispatched to their respective pitches and the games kicked off just before 10:30 am……. see more at :-

Unfortunately last Sunday’s Connacht J2 League home game against Gort was cancelled mid game due to weather and poor lighting conditions. The match will be replayed at a later date……. see more at :-

Warriors unlucky to capitalise on strong efforts made v Clondalkin – 38 v’s 5!
The Canterbury Warriors took on Clondalkin on Sunday in their second last game of the year in Clondalkin. The Warriors were missing some key players and the game didn’t get off to the best of starts for the girls. The Warriors kicked off the game however the ball went over the dead ball line. The Clondalkin girls played a kicking game and chipped the ball over to run in their first of five tries for their side…… see more at :-
