Three days remaining to apply for Rugby World Cup 2015 tickets via tickets.rugbyworldcup.com
Many matches will go to ballot, but still availability for matches across the country
Tournament will be Too Big To Miss – don’t miss out!
Rugby fans have just three days left to apply for Rugby World Cup 2015 tickets via the general sales application window before it closes at 1800 (BST) on September 29, 2014.
The volume of interest in tickets is highly encouraging a year out from the Tournament, hosted in England and in Cardiff between September 18 and October 31, 2015.
Fans can still apply for tickets for all 48 matches, including those that will go to ballot, up until the application window closes on Monday (September 29, 1800 BST).
Whilst many matches will go to ballot there is still availability at venues across the country and fans are encouraged to look at the ‘traffic light system’ on the ticketing website and consider applying for matches with ‘good availability’ to increase their chances of getting a ticket in the application process.
CEO of England Rugby 2015, Debbie Jevans, said: “We are very pleased with the ticket applications so far. The passion and enthusiasm for the Tournament a year out is clear and we expect this to increase over the final weekend of the application window.”
“Our message going into the final weekend of the sale is not to leave your application to the last minute and to look at the ‘traffic light system’ and Match Manager to ensure you have the best possible chance to be at Rugby World Cup 2015.”
